About On Track Occupational Therapy

On Track Occupational Therapy is a boutique provider of Occupational Therapy assessments and intervention.

Established in 2012 by Rachael Hay, we offer specialised services within Life Insurance and CTP markets working with people who have sustained an injury or illness.

We understand that these changes in health can impact a person’s ability to carry out their usual activities of daily living and work, and in turn affect their quality of life. Our holistic, client centered and biopsychosocial approach supports and enhances our client’s experience and optimises their recovery.

Our team of consultants are experts in their field, each with extensive experience in clinical and occupational rehabilitation settings.  All consultants are accredited and are up-to-date with industry information and evidence-based practice.

We pride ourselves on our ability to:

  • Conduct objective assessments which demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, independent and expert opinion and recommendations.

  • Develop tailored, goal orientated and evidence based intervention programs which meet the unique needs of each person we work with. These programs are regularly reviewed and updated at set milestones.

  • Follow best practice rehabilitation principles and work proactively to provide the right type of service and assessment at the right time.

  • Easily develop rapport and collaborate with key stakeholders in our client’s recovery, and ensure that all parties work together to facilitate a seamless service of the right supports in the community.
